Sherry is a quilter, blogger, and pattern designer. She has been a crafter her entire life starting with hand sewing when she was younger, then expanding to crocheting, knitting, needle felting, paper crafts, and finally quilting for the last 5 years. She fell in love with the variety quilting brings! Sherry is an engineer by schooling and day job, but quilting definitely energizes and motivates her the most in life. Her blog, Powered by Quilting, documents her quilting adventures and provides inspiration to others. She is currently designing quilting patterns for confident beginners to help breakdown some of the barriers for newer quilters.
