Setting up a wholesale account requires submission of your business credentials (business license, resale certificate, EIN or nonprofit 501(c) documentation) below. If you don’t have a scanned image of your business credentials, a clear image taken with your smartphone is also acceptable.  Set up your wholesale account by completing and submitting the form below.

The Warm Company has two manufacturing facilities in the US, one in Hendersonville, NC and the other in Elma, WA.  You’re always welcome to pick up your order or your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you via FEDEX.  The Warm Company uses FEDEX exclusively and has negotiated excellent rates for you.  The minimum order is $100 and we accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover.  Terms may be established by completing and submitting a credit application.

Once your information is validated, you will receive an email with our wholesale pricing and you will also receive samples and literature by mail.  If further information is needed, you will be contacted by phone and/or email.

    Apply for Credit with The Warm Company

    If you already have an account set-up with The Warm Company and would like to apply for credit, please complete the form below.  The Warm Company offers 2% 10, Net 30 day terms to customers with approved credit applications on file.   You will be required to provide a valid credit card for use in the event your account becomes overdue.
