Fusible Warm Fleece 2 is a double-sided fusible fleece that makes sewing, quilting, and crafting faster and easier than ever. Featuring fusible Steam-A-Seam 2 on both sides, it allows you to bond your top and bottom fabrics simultaneously—no basting or pinning required. Just use a steam iron to activate the fusible surfaces, and you’ll have a soft, stable base ready to sew by hand or machine in minutes.

Made from 100% polyester fiber and proudly manufactured in the USA, this 6 oz per square yard fleece resists shrinking and stays soft and pliable even after repeated washings. Whether you’re making placemats, wall hangings, soft books, or structured totes, Warm Fusible Fleece 2 gives you the flexibility to create both soft and firm finishes depending on your pressing technique. A light steam press creates a soft bond, while additional steam and pressure produce a stiffer, more rigid result—perfect for stand-up projects.

It’s always best to pre-wash your fabrics before fusing. Heavier fabrics may require more time to fully bond.

Pre-Wash & Care Instructions:
Note that pre-washing is optional. Fusible Warm Fleece 2 will not shrink.
To pre-wash (if desired): hand soak in mild detergent for 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly, gently squeeze (do not wring), and lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.
Once quilted, machine wash & dry as usual.

Fusible Warm Fleece 2 Instructions:

Set your iron for the type of fabric you will fuse – steam on.
Lay the Warm Fusible Fleece 2 fusible side up on your ironing surface and place your fabric right side up on top making sure the Warm Fusible Fleece 2 is not exposed to your iron.
Gently pass the steam iron in one direction across the layers from one side to the other lifting the iron as you come to the end and replacing at the starting side again slightly overlapping making sure all areas have been steamed. If a soft fuse is what you need, you’re done!
Repeat step 3 with pressure as many times as needed to reach your desired rigidity.
