Set Up Your Wholesale Account
To set up a wholesale account with The Warm Company, please complete the form below and attach your business credentials (business license, resale certificate, EIN, or nonprofit 501(c)3 documentation). If you don’t have a scanned image of your credentials, a clear photo taken with your smartphone is also acceptable.
Shipping
The Warm Company operates two manufacturing facilities in the United States: one in Hendersonville, NC and another in Elma, WA. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground from the facility nearest to your shipping address. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the costs vary based on the item(s) ordered and the destination. Shipping quotes are available upon request. You may also opt to pick up your order directly from either facility.
Payment
We accept payment via credit card (VISA, MC or Discover), check, or via PayPal invoicing. Payment terms are available upon request and require a separate form—please contact our team for more information.
Once your information is reviewed, you will receive an email with your customer ID, a confidential price list, and other important information. If further information is required, we will contact you by phone and/or email.
We are not accepting eCommerce resellers at this time. A list of our available distributors can be provided upon request.
